Fun Fact Number Two

We all know that Pluto is a dog, right? Then what about Goofy? He's a dog too, right? Then why does Goofy have no problem talking whlie Pluto limit himself to barking? Perhaps Pluto hasn't quite evolved to the talking dog phase like Goofy.
